Galeri 77 presents the exhibition named Infinite Loop, the second exhibition of the “Galeri 77 Shows” project that is started with the goal to bring represented artist to wider audiences, containing gallery’s every exhibition held outside its own venue, to the art lovers hosted by Casa dell’Arte Bodrum. The exhibition prepared with the curatorship of Marcus Graff shows the works of 16 Turkish and Armenian artists represented by Galeri 77. By displaying their various aesthetic and conceptual strategies ranging from figurative art to abstract art as well as from formalism to criticism at Casa dell’Arte, the exhibition also gives an overview of the latest state of today’s art. In this sense, Infinite Loop not only reflects on Galeri 77’s idea on art, and on its identity as one of the prominent galleries in Istanbul, but it also reveals the formal and intellectual richness of contemporary art itself.

Infinite Loop is proofing that the fundamentals of the circle of life find their adequate counterpart in the circle of art and culture, where a never-ending interweaving between the past, the present and the future triggers the progress of mankind. The exhibition enlarges our point of view onto our world by presenting powerful artists that are not afraid to look at society, and at art from unorthodox angles to reveal new insights in the world we live in. So, Infinite Loop is like a kaleidoscope from which each exhibition visitor can gain new perspectives on contemporary art and on today’s world.

Infinite Loop exhibition, gathering exciting works produced with various expressions and techniques of local and foreign artists; Narek Arzumanyan, Gayane Avetissian, Vahram Davtian, Bayram Demir, Sedat Girgin, Hakan Gürbüzer, Armen Hakobjanyan, Vav Hakobyan, Mehmet Resul Kacar, Roman Kakoyan, Mesut Karakis, David Martirosyan, Rafael Megall, Armén Rotch, Kirkor Sahakoglu and Arman Vahanyan, aims to have its art lovers an enjoyable experience. The exhibition, presenting wide range of diversity, allows us to compare and establish relationship among these artworks while creating a multi-dimensional visual feast where one can escape from daily troubles and find solace for their souls in a tranquil harbor.
